How does the training plan request work?
The training plan request is a short form you fill in after your trial lesson. It's how we learn enough about you to build a schedule that works around your life — not just a generic template.
What the form covers
The form asks for straightforward information about your availability, goals, and how quickly you want to progress. There are no trick questions — we just need enough context to build something that actually fits your situation.
How we build your plan
Once we have your form, our scheduling team puts together a training schedule based on your availability and pace. We match it against instructor availability, aircraft scheduling, and the typical progression through the PPL syllabus.
The plan you receive will show your proposed lesson days and times, an estimated progression through the syllabus, and a realistic view of the total hours and cost based on your chosen frequency.
This usually takes a few days. We'll contact you when it's ready to share.
We don't hand everyone the same schedule. If your situation is unusual — irregular hours, seasonal availability, a short window to train intensively — tell us in the form and we'll work with it.
Reviewing your plan
When your plan is ready, we share it with you for review. You're not being asked to commit to anything at this point — just to look at it and see if it works for you.
If something doesn't fit — a day that doesn't work, a pace that's too fast or too slow, a constraint we hadn't accounted for — we adjust it. Enrolment only opens once you're satisfied with the schedule.
If you decide the plan isn't right or that now isn't the right time, that's completely fine. There's no charge for the plan and no obligation to proceed.
While your plan is being prepared, you can optionally get a head start by submitting your personal details for enrolment. It's not required, but it means less admin once you're ready to start. What is pre-registration?
